Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Sessions

Individual and group sessions are currently available online* and in person in Yangon, Myanmar. 

Trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY) can help to:

  • safely connect with your body and breath

  • increase feelings of empowerment 

  • rebuild and strengthen relationship to self and others 

  • remain in the present moment

TCTSY is accessible to ALL people without exception.

Costs for sessions range depending on number of participants, location, means of payment and currency.

 

I aim to make TCTSY as accessible as possible to anyone who feels they would benefit from the practice.
