Individual and group sessions are currently available online* and in person in Yangon, Myanmar.
Trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY) can help to:
safely connect with your body and breath
increase feelings of empowerment
rebuild and strengthen relationship to self and others
remain in the present moment
TCTSY is accessible to ALL people without exception.

Costs for sessions range depending on number of participants, location, means of payment and currency.
I aim to make TCTSY as accessible as possible to anyone who feels they would benefit from the practice.
Please get in touch if finances are a barrier to accessing sessions.
* Sometimes getting to a new place can be challenging for a number of reasons. I hear you. Online sessions aim to make this practice accessible to anyone, regardless of location and ability.
