The workshop will begin with an exploration of what anxiety is. We will then hold a sharing circle where myself and the participants are welcome, if they choose, to share what works or doesn't work when managing anxiety. This is an exploration and a space for sharing and listening. We will close the workshop with a gentle hatha yoga sequence and pranayama.
About Me: I am a yoga teacher with a background in social work and I specialise in yoga for survivors of trauma. During this workshop I would like to share my own experiences with anxiety and explore practices that have been helpful for me as well as not so helpful. Different things work for different people, so let's explore together. I seek to create a space that is safe, welcoming and non-judgemental where we can share, listen and support one another.
